Kelsey Wright

Kelsey Wright is a local artist residing in the Bay Area. She specializes in Oil Painting, Acrylic Painting, and Digital Media. Taking inspiration from her late grandmother, she strives to continue her legacy by creating works of art that showcase the beauties of the world.

Kelsey grew up in a family of artists, ranging from her late grandmother to her two cousins who all have had passions for art. From the moment she could hold a pencil, she has loved to draw, paint, and explore all kinds of media to translate how she views the world in her head. She has taken a variety of art courses, including a Precollege Summer Program at California College of the Arts at that age of 15. From there her passion grew stronger, exploring different methods of creating and falling in love with painting as her main medium.

Her life goal is to bring this inspiration onto others by pursuing a career in teaching fine art to whoever is willing to learn. Art has always been a form of therapy for her and through trial and error, has continued to expand her portfolio to what you are viewing here.
